Do not disturb
Please hang the sign provided for this purpose on the outside door if you do not want the room to be cleaned yet or if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Drinks vending machine:
You will find a refrigerator in the entrance area of the hotel.
Electricity:
We have 230 volt alternating current. All rooms are equipped with child safety devices that are not visible in the sockets. Please insert your room card into the card switch next to the room door.
Express-Check-out
If you pay the hotel bill directly on arrival, you can simply hand in your room card at reception on the day of departure.
Fire:
· Stay calm and prudent!
· Please report the fire to the fire brigade on 0-112 (internal) or 112,
· Close windows and doors if possible.
· Please leave your room immediately afterwards!
· Use the nearest emergency exit! (Emergency plans are hanging behind your room door and in the corridors)
· Never use the elevator! Use the stairwell!
· Do not go back to your room until you are asked to do so by the responsible management.
· Fire alarm: Meeting point in front of the hotel.
· Please follow the instructions of the staff!
· Open fires are not permitted in the rooms.
· No candles. No lighters or similar
Fire extinguisher:
Fire extinguishers are located on each floor in the room corridors.
If you notice a fire, please inform the fire brigade as soon as possible by calling 112
Guest Questionnaire:
We would be pleased if you fill out the guest questionnaire that is available for you. They help us to detect any defects or confirm our efforts.

Please report to reception.
lost and found:
On request and if the costs are covered, we will send your lost property by post.
Luggage service
We would be happy to transport your luggage to your room. Please speak to our reception. Of course you can store your luggage safely after check-out.
Money and valuables
For insurance reasons, we ask that you do not leave any valuables, jewelery or sums of money in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for lost valuables in your room. Please leave your valuables at the reception. We then manage them in our safe.

Pets are generally not allowed in our hotel.
